I ordered this part on 7/24/2023. The part was supposed to be delivered on 7/27/2023. Delivery status changed on 7/27/2023 to arriving late with a delivery showing anywhere from 7/26/2023 to 7/30/2023. On 7/30/2023 the part had not arrived there was nothing in the tracking showing where the part was or expected just said moving to next facility. I reached out to seller trying to help me locate the part whom kept sending me the same thing I could see. I again asked the seller if they would try and help me locate the part. The seller became rude, and told me that nothing he would tell me would make me happy. I bought this part with the expectation of the part being delivered in 2/3 days like his site states. I then requested a full refund bc the seller being rude and not trying to help me. He told me to return the part I paid for.

Although I didn’t get the right clock spring the first time based off my vehicle’s year/make/model. They made the exchange process extremely easy and fast. They stayed in communication with me through email to ensure that I would receive the correct product. As a novice working on my car for the first time, this project of changing out a multifunction switch and clock spring saved me almost $500 from what I was quoted by a mechanic. hi, were glad youre happy! so sorry for the confusion regarding your part! usually if the tech is unable to obtain a vin number from you after reaching out, we try to send out the most common model for your vehicle which is about 85% accurate if you purchase based on your make and model only (since there are usually multiple trim levels). But we will ALWAYS make it right!
The part I ordered did not fit, so they sent me the correct one that I needed for free! The part works great and I have no issues

Didn't fix my issue. Resistances for the airbag harnesses was too high and threw codes.
