How do I return?
- Visit our returns center
- Enter your order number and email address to start
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
- Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping instructions
What items are returnable?
- All items can be returned for a full refund within 45 days of purchase and exchanged or replaced within 90 days.
What items are non-refundable?
Once 45 days have passed from date of original order, parts can only be exchanged or replaced at no additional charge. After 90 days parts no longer qualify for return or exchange.
The item I received is damaged!
If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 45 days of purchase and we will gladly send a free replacement or accept it as a return for a full refund.
What are the refund options?

How do I ship back the items?
For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return tracking number shows your item as delivered, you will receive a refund within 24-48 hours.

Refund Turnaround Time
Your refund will be initiated once your product is received and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund will be issued in between 24-48 hours. Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
