I ordered this part on 7/24/2023. The part was supposed to be delivered on 7/27/2023. Delivery status changed on 7/27/2023 to arriving late with a delivery showing anywhere from 7/26/2023 to 7/30/2023. On 7/30/2023 the part had not arrived there was nothing in the tracking showing where the part was or expected just said moving to next facility. I reached out to seller trying to help me locate the part whom kept sending me the same thing I could see. I again asked the seller if they would try and help me locate the part. The seller became rude, and told me that nothing he would tell me would make me happy. I bought this part with the expectation of the part being delivered in 2/3 days like his site states. I then requested a full refund bc the seller being rude and not trying to help me. He told me to return the part I paid for.
Was really satisfied with my side mirror. After a deer hit my side mirror I was glad to have found this item on Etsy! It is the exact color and perfect!
Fit and finish was perfect. Quality components. Packaging excellent. Ancillary components such as the centering lock, instructions and precautions, and customer support number on a big yellow slip were nice to see. 10/10
