Wasn't sure how this was going to turn out but it was well worth the price and we replaced to Clockspring without a problem. Watched on UTube to see how they did it and followed their lead. Very happy with the results and save at least a thousand dollars (maybe more). If I ever have to do this again I'll be sure to buy it from you.

So far so good liked it being OE and liked it came locked so it wouldn't be a guessing game to align...been working good so far ..only they should note when you gotta remove angle sensor from other clock spring you need a torx that has a hole in the middle ..
No issues at all. I had bought from GMparts before. Despite using my vin. Gm parts sent the wrong one and wouldn’t return it. $185. This was $130 from clock spring and it fit first time.
Why would you put the package in my mailbox!! I specifically added a note that I wanted it left with our receptionist like amazon does! I would leave ZERO stars if I could! Yes it arrived in 3 days but because I did not know it was placed in my mailbox it sat there for 2 whole extra days while my customer was without a car! this happened last time with yall! I would order from someone else if thebother places didn't constantly send the wrong clocksprings! FIX THIS CRAP!

Unfortunately USPS does not garantee the requested style of delivery, we can only submit a request to them and hope they comply :/. we did however send a couple of emails to let you know that your package was delivered to your mailbox just incase USPS ignored our special request (one on 6/23 @ 2:33pm and a second on 6/23 @ 5:30pm). We would be happy to notify you by text message next time if you could leave a phone number? (you only entered an email :/ ). i do understand how easy it could be to miss an email when you have customers wating. We do appologize for the inconvenience.

Although I didn’t get the right clock spring the first time based off my vehicle’s year/make/model. They made the exchange process extremely easy and fast. They stayed in communication with me through email to ensure that I would receive the correct product. As a novice working on my car for the first time, this project of changing out a multifunction switch and clock spring saved me almost $500 from what I was quoted by a mechanic. hi, were glad youre happy! so sorry for the confusion regarding your part! usually if the tech is unable to obtain a vin number from you after reaching out, we try to send out the most common model for your vehicle which is about 85% accurate if you purchase based on your make and model only (since there are usually multiple trim levels). But we will ALWAYS make it right!
The part I ordered did not fit, so they sent me the correct one that I needed for free! The part works great and I have no issues
